As a mom having full time job and busy family life, I never have enough energy. By 4pm I am always tired and foggy, feeling drained, my focus for to-do list is a mess. I tried coffee and other store bought energy drink but too got jitters and a crash and it was even worse... BUT THIS NEW drink from Selfuelis a game changer for me!I really like all 3 flavours, depends on the mood and it is great to have options. The watermelon is sweet and refreshing, Peach Mango is tropical and indulgent - my favourite! Lemon lime is like homemade lemonade, so no need to squeeze lemons anymore. You can and more or less water to regulate sweetness and intensity.I take it for a few weeks and it improved my energy and focua so much. The herbs are really working for me. Defently feel sharper than before, and my days are more clear.Easy to prepare, solves perfectly in water. Premesured sticks are awesome and it gets everywhere with me. I use it to hydrate and mix it with 32oz. I also like ebook addition it gave me all information about the drink and ingredients... Also founder story is exciting.What I like the most is:- caffeine content is just right- I like the herb effect on performance- flavours are great and packaging looks great on a shelf.- 0 suggar amazing!How I use it:- In the morning, when I wake up to start the day with extra push and hydration. I mix it with 32oz. and get ready for the day.- second stick after work around 3pm, to avoid crash and get that pick me up effect. I mix it with 16oz. to satisfy the sweet cravings with low calorie intake.If you are busy as me, and stuck in cycle of fatigue, I really recommend this Selfuel drink!

This product is perfect for my mid-day slump. I drink one of these around 2 on those really hard work days . Always pushes me through to the end of the day with no jitters or crashes .For those wondering they use Erythitol for the sweetener- I couldn’t find that info anywhere. Also if you are sensitive to natural flavorings like I am , this one didn’t trigger a migraine so I give it a big thumbs up there.It does taste similar to chewable vitamins so feel free to take away a star if that’s not your thing - I don’t care , it tastes fine but I throw it back .

These drink packets are great! They’re easy to travel with and they taste pretty good too. They’re very light and refreshing, the flavors don’t overwhelm, and I got a nice little boost of energy. Bonus points for the great ingredients and it also came with a cute little wire ball shaker bottle thing.

Great for after a workout . It provides clean energy. No jitters I don’t feel over amped.The flavor is really yummy and I love it because I can throw a few packets in my purse just in case I need a little bit of a boost in energy throughout my day.

The individual packets are very convenient. Fairly easy to tear open on the edges.At first the smell of the powder is more like watermelon but once dissolved in water, the taste and smell is exactly like lemonade (not watermelon). Taste is on the sweeter side, but still pleasant. Dissolves easily in cold water.No jitters. Other than Vitamin C, B12, Folate, Biotin and other minerals,, their proprietary "SELFUEL" blend contains Ashwagandha root extract, Maca Root extract, Rhodiola Root extract, Guarana (100mg natural caffeine), L-Tyrosine, L-Carnitine, Taurine & L-Theanine.I like to carry these in my purse so when I go out and order unsweetened iced tea, I can add my sachet of lemonade energy electrolyte powder and make it a 'better choice' Arnold Palmer.

I love these energy drink packets. Each box contains 30 drink sticks and they come with a small metal mixing ball for your water bottle. I love the taste of the Watermelon Wave, it is refreshing and gives me a boost of energy. These contain Guarana which has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. I drink these for both the boost of energy and for the electrolytes. The powder mixes well with water. This is an all around good product, at .84 cents a stick, I feel it is a fair price point and I will continue to use these expecially when I work my 12 hours shifts and need an extra energy boost.

The taste is sweet with a bit of tart. It has stevia in it, but the tart flavor helps balance it out. The packets make it easy to carry and store etc. The price is good for the amount of servings you get.

I struggle to stay hydrated and to stay energized. I carry around a 24 ounce tumbler all the time whether at home or on the go. I am a frequent business traveler and love that these are individual packets. I can put them in my backpack, my suitcase, my jacket pocket.While I do love drinking water, sometimes I really, really can't get much down without flavoring. I also find things too sweet so while this packet is meant for less water it give me the perfect not-overly sweet taste in 24 ounces of water and for only ten calories. I tasted the powder before I mixed it and the powder itself has a good and not overwhelming flavor.Had almost two years on the best by date. I didn't need the little wire ball but I suppose that is nice to have if you like to mix your beverages that way.Super convenient for travel - especially by air - and good nutrients for only ten calories. I will purchase these again!

I love the drink mix. I've ordered a variety pack to try all the flavors. Watermelon is the sweetest, peachy-mango is very tasteful with emphasis on mango flavor, lemon-lime tastes like lemonade and has that fruity fresh acidity. I found out that I can add powder to more or less water to control the flavor intensity. It works perfectly well with 20 oz if I need it less sweet.It is a great midday pick me up. Healthy and uplifting energy with no crash side effects. The ebook and mixing ball really upgrades the experience. The ebook clearly explains why each ingredient is good for me. Herbs are really beneficial to women (As I am an athlete my favorite is rhodiola root as it boosts the physical performance). I found out from an ebook that the founders have science major degrees and pharmaceutical industry experience. I feel sure that the product is good for me as usually I am very skeptical. I also like the recipe ideas.I would recommend Selfuel to my friends as it has so many healthy ingredients, gives me lasting energy and has good taste!

I love the taste to this! Not only does it have amazing ingredients and benefits, but it helps me get in more water since I just add it to my jug and sip throughout the day. It keeps me away from sodas and super surgery juices and barely has any calories for those who may be watching that! I’m loving these packets so far and have been drinking them down like no one’s business!

This is a great supplement. So many great ingredients. Watermelon with a slight bubble gum flavor.

I like this product. When I quit drinking soda, I was looking for something else to give me my caffeine. This product does the trick!

Finally found something without artificial sweetener. Sucralose is not for me.
